Focusing on the special circumstances of Diplomatic issues in Mexico and the rest of the world, this section publishes articles dealing with both practical and  theoretical topics of interest to the classroom teacher and student in International Relations. Articles and book reviews related to Diplomatic work in Mexico and in  similar situations throughout the world are accepted for suggestion to be discussed.
